Flights
The Hawaiian islands are overrun with an unfixed, out of control cat population. There are a handful of amazing dedicated people here fighting daily to TNRM, help get vet care for the many sick, injured, abused, tortured, abandoned, and dumped cats. Every day, critical cases are coming in, emergency funds are being raised, multiple rescuers are coming together to move mountains to save each precious life.
But we have more kitties coming in than we can adopt out, and our foster system is bursting at the seams. So how do we mitigate this? Where do we send our kitties once they are ready for adoption after all that effort to save them?
RESCUE PARTNERS
We have been shipping “adoptable” (healthy and friendly) cats to rescue partners on the mainland US for over three years. Here, there is a higher chance of them finding their forever families.
